Data Deletion

Bifow allows you to delete your data at any time. You have three options depending on the scope of deletion you need.

Option 1 — Disconnect your Gmail account

If you want to stop Bifow from accessing your Gmail while keeping your extracted invoice data, you can disconnect your Gmail account from the Settings page.

What happens:

  • Your OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) are deleted immediately.
  • Email monitoring stops instantly.
  • Previously extracted invoice data remains available in your account.
How to disconnectGo to Settings → Account → Click 'Disconnect' next to your Gmail address

Option 2 — Delete your account

If you want to permanently remove all your data from Bifow, you can delete your entire account. This action is immediate and irreversible.

What is deleted:

  • Your user account and profile
  • All organisations you own
  • All Gmail OAuth tokens
  • All extracted invoice data (structured data and metadata)
  • All stored PDF files from Supabase Storage
  • All forwarding logs and configurations
  • Your Stripe subscription (automatically cancelled)
  • All processing logs
How to deleteGo to Settings → Account → Click 'Delete my account' → Confirm by typing SUPPRIMER
TimelineDeletion is immediate and executed in real-time. All data is permanently removed within seconds of confirmation.

Option 3 — Revoke access via Google

You can also revoke Bifow's access to your Google account directly from your Google account settings, without logging into Bifow.

How to revokeGo to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions → Find Bifow → Click 'Remove Access'
Note: This revokes our OAuth tokens on Google's side. We recommend also disconnecting within Bifow to ensure all associated data is cleaned up on our servers.
